James Burnett Kelly III, received his undergraduate degree as an honor student from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Mr. Kelly attended the University of Florida College of Law and Warrington College of Business to become the University’s first student to graduate with a joint Jurist Doctor and Master in Real Estate.

After graduation Mr. Kelly served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange and Osceola Counties, Florida.

Later, Mr. Kelly served as an Assistant City Attorney and Police Legal Advisor for the City of Kissimmee. In 2003 Mr. Kelly co-founded Salazar & Kelly Law Group.
