Should I accept a check from the at-fault driver or their insurance company after my Florida auto accident case?

Video Transcription:

One thing to look out for is the at-fault-driver with their insurance company offering you money especially at the scene to settle your case. What I would say is absolutely not, what they’re doing is counting on you to wave your rights, to give up any rights that you might have and settle for pennies on the dollar. If you’re being offered money at the scene, it’s a good sign that you may have a case. If that happens to you don’t hesitate, contact Salazar & Kelly today.
