Most jurisdictions do allow for early termination of probation. Factors that most judges are going to look at are whether or not you’ve successfully completed all of the special terms and conditions of your probation if you violated your probation while on probation. If you completed at least half the term of your probation and if your original sentence did not specifically say that you could not apply for early termination of probation.
