What can I do in Florida to get my support increased if I think it is too low?

Video Transcription:

In Florida, you can seek an increase in child support if you think it’s too low by showing the court a substantial change in circumstances since the entry of the final judgement. One of the things the courts look at is whether or not there has been a change of income. Often, the courts will look at whether or not there has been a change in the pattern of parenting. The courts will also look at whether or not there has been in childcare related expenses such as changes in day care expenses, changes in health care expenses and changes to the amount of taxes that you pay. If you’re having this difficult and you like someone to look at, whether or not you would qualify for a change in child support, contact Salazar & Kelly Law Group today.
