A parenting plan is a document that’s put together. Parties can either just stipulate to it, or it can be ordered by the court. It’s going to take into account as much information as possible having to do with the child. Everything from custody to who the child is going to spend different holidays and birthdays with. The more information you can include in that parenting plan the better, the less likely you are to have to end up in court for some sort of disagreement.
